Don’t call 911, call the Ticket Doctor, we are printers and we understand. Our company is one big emergency room. So if you’ve got a job with 1st degree burns, it can’t hurt to ask us, we’ll see if we can go beyond the call of duty. Damaged Orders
Very, very rare … but should this occur, file a claim immediately with the carrier who performed the service and we will do everything we can to help you. We suggest that you be sure to mark damages on the freight receipt. However, we cannot be held accountable for damages in transit due to their negligence … Sorry.
Returned Merchandise
Standard product orders will be accepted only within 30 days. You must have a return authorization from the Ticket Doctor and it must be processed within 30 days of the purchase. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge and must be in saleable condition. You will also be responsible for freight charges both ways. Custom and special order items are not returnable. Sorry… those items not stocked for same day shipment are not returnable. Most items are produced to order and therefore are not returnable. If we do not stock it, we probably will not take it in return. (Many of our catalog items you see are not returnable.)
Cancelled Orders
Because your orders begin processing immediately, cancelled orders must be handled promptly. Once we ship standard product, you are responsible for shipping costs and restocking charges. Custom orders and non-stock made to order catalog items, once shipped, are solely your responsibility. We will, on cancelled orders not shipped, only bill you for costs incurred up to the time of cancellation. We try to work very fast to serve your needs so please cancel promptly if necessary.
