The philosophy was to provide the best service and quality this industry has ever seen. The goal is so simple, yet exacts so much from all components to meet its end. It requires excellence, focus, dedication, a love for what you do and burning desire, above all else, not to compromise … to rise above just mere mediocrity. With each order you place, each idea or suggestion you give us feedback on, or even the constructive criticisms you might supply, we receive it with the same focused goal we started with, to be the best, and you will have it … you have our word.

From the time I was knee-high to my father, he instilled in me a determination to strive for excellence, and I expect it of those who process your orders. My mother gave me the belief that I could do anything I set my mind to and never let me believe in limits. When you love what you do, it makes it easy, and I love it so much I put medical school aside to create Ticket Doctor for you.

I named my company, the Ticket Doctor, as a tribute to my father (he always wanted me to be a doctor) and although the marketing and cartoonish tone is designed to make us laugh, the undercurrent is a very real and serious promise to you, myself, and my father who passed away in 1994 … WE WILL BE THE VERY BEST AT WHAT WE DO … That’s a promise.

Although my dreams of working together with my dad crumbled with his passing, we will never, ever relent in our pursuit of attaining that peak.
